What would you actually keep?

Pick what you'd sell, set your prices, and see what's left at the end of the month once the products, the fees, and the shipping are paid for. Real supplier prices, your numbers. Takes about two minutes.

1

How do the products get to your customer?

This is the single biggest thing that changes your numbers. Most people should start with the first option.

2

What would you sell, and how much of it?

Untick anything you wouldn't carry. Change the price to whatever you'd actually charge, and put in a realistic guess for how many you'd sell in a month. Guessing low is fine — you can change it as many times as you like.

Product You sell it for Sold per month Costs you / mo You make / mo Costs you / mo You make / mo Money in / mo

Prices shown are what the supplier recommends charging, except where a row says otherwise. You can charge whatever you want — just change the number.

The big figure in each column is your whole month for that product. The small grey figure under it is what one vial costs or makes, so you can see both at once.

Select all ticks everything and puts a 1 in any blank quantity, just so the row starts counting — replace those with your own numbers. A product only affects your totals once it has both a tick and a quantity.

On the weight-loss compounds: the fulfilment supplier only carries retatrutide in the 60mg size, so every other one shows bulk only — buying by the case is the only route to them. That is also where the biggest gap between cost and price in this whole list sits, which is exactly why they need a lawyer's eyes before you build around them.

Where do these prices come from?

The "supplier ships it" cost is a real wholesale price list from a fulfilment company, on their higher-volume plan. The suggested sell price is what that same company recommends charging. The "buy in bulk" cost is a manufacturer's own price list — they sell by the case of ten vials, so we've divided by ten to show you the price per vial, before shipping it in, testing it, and labelling it, which you add yourself in the settings.

Both suppliers change their prices whenever they like, so treat everything here as a snapshot rather than a quote.

Your costs

These are filled in with typical numbers. Change any of them if you know your own.

What your payment company keeps out of every sale. This industry pays more than most — around 9.5% is normal.
What you add at checkout for postage.
What the postage really costs to send one order.
Most customers buy more than one at a time. This works out how many orders you're actually packing.
Hosting, your domain, plugins, the small stuff.
What the fulfilment company charges you for catalog access and shipping your orders. Only applies when they ship for you.
Extra costs if you buy in bulk
Freight and import duties, as a percentage on top of what you paid for the product.
Some shipments get stopped at the border or go missing. This sets aside a small percentage to cover that.
Vials arrive blank. This is the label plus the time to put it on.
Box, filler, printing the label, and someone's time.
You'll need your own certificates showing what's in each batch. Roughly one test a month.
Somewhere cool and secure to keep your stock, and cover if something happens to it.
